3. Our Services
We offer the following:
For Job Seekers:
- CV Editing: Paid, fixed-price CV improvement services.
- Job Matching: Optional support in finding employment, sometimes free, sometimes paid.
- In-Person Training Courses: Paid courses to support employability or skills development.
For Employers/Farmers:
- Worker Requests: Employers submit a request for workers via an online form. We follow up with recruitment support, depending on availability.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or candidate availability.
4. Accounts and Registrations
Some services require you to register via a form or create an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for services are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
CV Services:
- No refunds are available once work has begun.
Courses:
- No refunds once a course has started.
- If the course has not started, refunds may be requested up to 7 days after purchase.
- If we cancel or reschedule a course and the new date doesn’t suit you, a full refund will be offered.
6. Communications and Consent
By registering for our services, you may receive updates related to your account, job opportunities, and relevant course offerings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We will only share your CV or personal data with potential employers if you have explicitly opted in.
We may introduce cookies or analytics tools on our website in the future. If we do, they will only be activated with your explicit consent through a cookie banner.
Marketing communications (such as job alerts or course updates) will only be sent if you have opted in through a registration or enquiry form. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
NextField is not liable for:
- Employment decisions made by third parties
- Data inaccuracies submitted by users
- Technical issues outside our control
- Any indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
